Is my company eligible to offer a health insurance plan from Curative?
We hope to work with you to transform your employees’ healthcare experience. Currently, Curative is offering our health plan to companies headquartered in Florida, Georgia, or Texas along with their employees nationwide. We are also working on expanding to other regions in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates as we expand.
Do you cover dependents, including dependents outside the service area?
At Curative, we want the whole family to experience stress-free, comprehensive healthcare. Dependents are eligible for coverage within the service area. Dependents outside of the service area are eligible for emergency services at in-network coverage and all other services at out-of-network coverage.
How can I find out which doctors are in network?
It’s easy — Visit our provider search tool or view the comprehensive directory here.
Does Curative cover pre-existing conditions?
Yes! 
Does Curative have a waiting period?
We know how important it is to get coverage as soon as possible. We follow employers’ guidance to determine when coverage will become available. Typically, enrollment can be completed within two weeks.
